Modern Dance

This class introduces the fundamentals of modern dance.
Using compositional exercises and improvisation, the students explore basic elements of dance: space, time, energy, and body awareness while at the same time developing technical skills, including alignment, balance, strength, and endurance.

Open to children of all ages.
